Commentary: This was commissioned by a local band, assuming that it still counts as commissioned if it's drawn for free as a favor to a friend. Despite some anatomical issues I now recognize--you could serve drinks off the drummer's shoulder, for example--I do think this piece captured the look and feel of the band quite well.
